The shipping service provides the delivery within the times indicated on the product page.
The delivery takes place only and exclusively at the street number (ground floor) excluding, in any case, the delivery to the floor.
In addition, during the purchase procedure, the customer can opt for the "telephone notice" which allows agreeing with the courier the delivery day.
The delivery date must not exceed the following 48 working hours starting from the phone call.
